RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We care about your satisfaction, so you have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to make a return request.
When you want to return a jewel you must know that:
-the product must be returned in the same condition it was in when you received it.
The jewel cannot have been worn or damaged and must be kept in its original intact packaging.
We only accept returns shipped by courier and traceable.
Returns or replacements of damaged products.
If when your product arrives you notice that it is damaged, we will be happy to refund you.
The report must be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order, with a photo and a reason for the return.
The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging.
The shipping cost will be refunded together with the cost of the jewel when we have received and checked the goods.
As regards exchanges with other jewels, the customer can exchange the jewel with another available one, taking charge of the costs of the return via traceable courier and the shipping of the new jewel.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
We offer a 2-year warranty from the day of delivery of your order on all of our products.
The warranty is valid against defects in materials and/or workmanship and excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or involuntary misuse (for example breakage that does not depend on material defects in the product).
Important note
mygioiajewels.com cannot guarantee that its gold plated jewelry will last forever. The speed at which the plating fades will depend on several factors such as the chemicals used for skin care, the natural PH of the skin (different from person to person) and perspiration. For this reason it is especially important to take special care of your gold plated jewelry.
