Free shipping above 39.9€ in Italy, otherwise it has a cost of 4.99€. We use BRT courier service.Europe: free shipping above 99.9€, otherwise it has a cost of 15.99€.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
Returns
We care about your satisfaction, so you have 30 days from the time you receive your order to make a return request.When you want to return a piece of jewelry you need to know that:
- the product must be returned in the same condition it was in when you received it.
- The jewelry cannot have been worn or damaged and must be kept in its original intact packaging.
- We only accept returns shipped with traceable couriers
- shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- return shipment must be made within 15 days of receipt of return information.
How to receive a refund
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at our warehouses and the products are verified.Refunds can be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded
Returns or replacements of damaged products
If when your product arrives, you notice that it is damaged, we will be happy to refund it.
The report must be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order, with a photo and a reason for the return.
The product must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
The shipping price will be refunded along with the price of the jewelry when we have received and inspected the merchandise.
Regarding exchanges for other jewelry, the customer may exchange the jewelry for another available one by bearing the cost of the return via traceable courier and the shipping of the new jewelry.
ITEM WARRANTY
We offer a 2-year warranty from the day of order delivery on all its products.
The warranty is valid against defects in materials and/or labor and excludes coverage for unintentional wear and tear and/or misuse (e.g., breakage that is not due to material defects in the product).
Important Note
mygioiajewels.com cannot guarantee that its gold-plated jewelry will last forever. The rate at which the plating fades will depend on several factors such as the chemicals used for skin care, the natural PH of the skin(different from person to person), and perspiration. This is why it is especially important to take special care of your gold-plated jewelry.
